Your Ranger,
XtraTuf, or Neos boots or shoes will fit, or you may return them
for an exchange...simple as that.
We understand
the difficulty associated with purchasing shoes and boots via
the internet. This is why we have established a "Satisfaction
Guaranteed" policy. If your shoes or boots do not fit properly,
then we will be more than happy to exchange them. Simply follow
the guidelines below:
1.) If
you've ordered a size that just doesn't fit the way you want,
you can return them, provided you have not worn the boots or shoes
outside and they are being returned in "new" condition.
They must be returned in the original box and be shipped inside
of another box or wrapped in Kraft paper. Please include a note
along with the correct size and your shipping address, if different
from your original order. You are responsible for the cost of
shipping back to Rangerboots.biz. We will bill your credit card
a niminal fee of $5.00 per pair to cover a portion of the outbound
shipping on the new shoes or boots (In most cases, this is lless
than half the regular cost of shipping the first pair). You will
be responsible for the cost of shipping back to MuckBoots.com.
Second exchanges will incur full shipping charges. For more information

2.) Return
shipments may be sent via US Postal Service or UPS to:

3.) If
we sent the wrong pair of shoes or boots, then the return is simple.
We will issue a UPS Call Tag for the pair that was shipped and
send you the correct size 3rd Day UPS the day following your notification
of our mistake. Please alert us by email at Customer
Support.
